Personal Trainer

Fitness is a love and a life-long commitment for Julie. As a wife, mom of two girls and a woman with 20+ years of weight training, yoga and Pilates experience, she sees it as an absolute privilege to help clients view and treat their bodies as a temple. Julie is an American Council on Exercise (ACE) certified personal trainer and is owner of Temple Fitness, LLC. She and her family have called Waxhaw, NC home since 2012.
